RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be happy to assist you in returning your items for a Store Credit

RETURNS
  • All merchandise must be full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn.
  • Products found damaged and used, will not be eligible for return; this includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, lace/crochet rips, safety pins/pin holes, incomplete strapping or buttons, makeup stains, etc.
  • We are not responsible for damages due to improper care, washing, handling or incorrect sizing.
  • Please contact Our Tribe Boutique immediately to notify us of your desire to return or exchange your item.
  • You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once your return arrives at our location, Our Tribe Boutique will send you a confirmation email stating we have received your request. Upon receipt of return, we will begin the return process. This process can take 5 to 10 business days to complete. Once complete, we will email you a Store Credit Code which can be used to purchase merchandise of your choosing.
  • The original cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of all return and exchange shipping is the customers responsibility.
  • Please send returns to:  119 Forest Hill Blvd, Suite 10A-188, Wellington, FL 33414. Enclose a copy of the invoice that corresponds to the item you are returning.
DAMAGES
In the event you receive your order and an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can replace the damaged product. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer be eligible for a return. All claims of damage require a emailed photo showing the damage/defect, as well as all order invoice information.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
  • Notify us at ourtribeboutique@gmail.com of your desire to return.
  • Include your Order Number, Name, and Item(s) you wish to return and why.
  • Ship your return, packaged securely, using a mail service that include tracking. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.
  • Include a copy of your Invoice and the reason for your return.
